When the developers of Mission: Helios needed an online presence to support their expanding event schedule, they were looking for a website solution that would enable them to effectively demonstrate their immersive starship bridge experience without having to continually update the website. WPE Stack collaborated with Mission: Helios to create an all-inclusive Elementor Pro based framework which would allow them to establish a visual identity, structure and user experience for the website from scratch. Instead of creating each section of the website individually, WPE Stack created reusable Elementor Pro templates for landing pages, content sections, galleries, calls-to-action, booking areas and information blocks. These templates allowed for a consistent professional appearance throughout the entire website while ensuring that each page had the same responsiveness and branding.

With a framework created prior to developing the remainder of the website, WPE Stack provided Mission: Helios with a visually appealing website that is easy to manage and expand upon as Mission: Helios grows. One of the main goals of the project was to allow the Mission: Helios team to focus on their simulator, events and story-telling rather than on developing their website. WPE Stack achieved this goal through the use of Elementor Pro’s dynamic content features to separate presentation from content management. As soon as the templates were completed, Mission: Helios was able to add photos from conventions, update descriptions of missions, publish event information and promote upcoming appearances without having to worry about designing layouts or implementing technical solutions. Content highlighting bridge crew positions, mission selection options, simulator functionality, event logistics and gallery content fit seamlessly within the template system that WPE Stack created. This simplified approach greatly reduced the amount of time required to create new content while providing a consistent and professionally presented experience for visitors navigating the website.

As a result, Mission: Helios now has a scalable website which supports its long-term objectives. Visitors can quickly comprehend the simulator experience; view examples from actual events; learn about the space requirements and operational flexibility of the attraction; and easily book the simulator for their own event. On the back end, the Elementor Pro template system developed by WPE Stack serves as the basis for enabling all of this. By managing the site’s structure, page layouts, styling systems and reusable design elements, WPE Stack enabled the Mission: Helios team to primarily focus on creating engaging content and delivering memorable experiences for their audiences. The partnership demonstrates how a well-planned Elementor Pro implementation can transform web development from a design-driven process into a content-first workflow, enabling organizations to devote more time to interacting with their audience and less time building web pages.
