These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of WPE Stack’s website, hosting services, content management services, and any related products (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.
1. Use of Services
You may use WPE Stack’s Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with our systems, servers, or other users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.
2. Account Registration
To access certain Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security concerns.
3. Payment and Billing
Service fees are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third‑party payment processor. WPE Stack does not store or have access to your full credit card information. You authorize Stripe to process payments on your behalf.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.
4. Service Availability and Uptime
WPE Stack provides managed hosting with a 99% uptime guarantee, excluding scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or outages caused by third‑party providers. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of planned maintenance windows.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you upload, submit, or manage through our Services. By using our platform, you grant WPE Stack a limited license to store, display, and manage your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
All WPE Stack software, templates, systems, and materials—including Elementor Pro assets provided through your plan—remain the property of WPE Stack or its licensors.
6. Prohibited Content
You may not upload or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove prohibited content or suspend accounts at our discretion.
7. Security and Backups
WPE Stack provides daily backups, security monitoring, and routine maintenance as part of our managed hosting plans. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is completely secure. You acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining copies of critical content outside of our platform.
8. Third‑Party Services
Our Services may integrate with third‑party tools such as Stripe, Elementor Pro, analytics platforms, or security providers. WPE Stack is not responsible for the policies, performance, or actions of third‑party services. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms.
9. Termination
You may cancel your Services at any time. WPE Stack may suspend or terminate your account for non‑payment, violation of these Terms, or actions that threaten system integrity. Upon termination, access to hosting, content tools, and related services will cease.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WPE Stack is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for Services during the preceding 12 months.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. When changes occur, we will revise the “Effective Date” and may provide additional notice where required. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
